O caso aconteceu por volta das 02h33, na Estrada Municipal Ivo Macris.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), Cabo Marcos e Soldado Vanessa foram informados de um roubo pela estrada citada. No local as vítimas informaram que dois veículos os renderam, com armamentos e ameças.

Os criminosos os amarram com fios de nylon e depois fugiram com com uma parte da carga. As vítimas se recusaram ir até à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) para o registro da ocorrência, temendo pelo restante dos leites.

A equipe então foi até a base da corporação para registrar a ocorrência e poucos os policiais foram informados de que os bandidos voltaram para pegar os restantes da carga.

Com apoio de outras viaturas, os militares foram até o local e avistaram dois bandidos em um Chevrolet Classic. O veículo foi abordado juntamente com os produtos roubados.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde a dupla permaneceu à disposição da Justiça pelo crime de roubo (Art. 157).
