Os policiais encontraram o veículo abandonado na Rodovia Anhanguera (SP-330), em Limeira (SP), na tarde desta segunda-feira (18).

De acordo a polícia, a empresa de rastreamento do caminhão alertou sobre o possível roubo e uma equipe iniciou as buscas.

O veículo estava na altura do km 132 ainda com a carga, mas sem nenhum suspeito nas proximidades. Segundo a DIG, a carga está avaliada em cerca de R$ 803 mil.

Pouco tempo depois, o motorista surgiu no local com outra pessoa e informou que os bandidos se passaram por falsos policiais para cometer o roubo.

A vítima ainda comunicou que saiu de Vilhena (RO) com destino a Grande São Paulo. O caminhão e a carga foram devolvidos ao responsável pelo transporte.
