A carga está avaliada em mais de R$ 500 mil.

De acordo com a polícia, a equipe recebeu informações sobre um caminhão frigorífico suspeito estacionado em um posto de combustível no Bairro dos Lopes.

Investigadores foram ao local e flagraram dois suspeitos com a carga em uma carreta semirreboque, que teve a placa adulterada.

A polícia identificou o proprietário da carga e ele informou que o motorista havia desaparecido antes de chegar ao destino na cidade de Lençóis Paulista (SP).

Os dois homens abordados no local foram presos em flagrante. A equipe também apreendeu o caminhão trator, o semirreboque, celulares, dinheiro em espécie, 1.100 caixas de carne, totalizando 27 toneladas, e a placa automotiva adulterada.

As investigações seguem com o objetivo de identificar e prender todos os envolvidos no esquema.
