A vítima estava no mesmo local em que os menores e conseguiu identificá-los.

De acordo com a corporação, o caso aconteceu em um evento pré-Carnaval na Rua José Saturno. A vítima foi ao evento com a esposa, mas em certo momento, percebeu que seu cartão de crédito tinha desaparecido.

O homem checou o aplicativo do banco e notou que houve uma compra por aproximação em um estabelecimento dentro do evento.

Logo após solicitar o bloqueio do cartão, a vítima foi até o local da compra, conseguir informações e os funcionários descreveram dois suspeitos.

Perto do encerramento do evento, a vítima conseguiu encontrar um deles e acionou a Guarda Municipal.

Os agentes abordaram o adolescente que confessou ter usado o cartão junto com um amigo. A equipe seguiu até a casa do segundo menor, e encontrou o cartão da vítima, dentro da capa do celular dele.

Diante dos fatos, todos seguiram até a delegacia de Engenheiro Coelho (SP).

No local, a vítima entrou em acordo com a mãe de um dos menores para devolver o valor gasto que foi de R$ 75. Com isso, o delegado registrou o ato infracional por apropriação indébita e liberou a todos.
