Ninguém foi preso.

De acordo com a corporação, por volta das 02h, a equipe estava em patrulhamento quando avistou dois veículos próximos ao alambrado de uma empresa. Quando os guardas se aproximaram, os suspeitos rapidamente entraram nos veículos e saíram sentido bairro Antônio Zanaga.

Um dos veículos foi abordado com grande quantidade de cobre. Os ocupantes desse carro, alegaram que acharam o material descartado e que iriam vender o cobre, em um ferro velho localizado no Bairro Profilurb, próximo da casa onde moravam.

A mulher de 33 anos e o homem de 51, foram conduzidos até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) juntamente com o veículo. Depois de serem ouvidos, os suspeitos foram liberados.
