As aulas são 100% gratuitas e on-line e acontecem aos sábados das 9 às 12 horas. Mesmo com início das aulas no dia 15 deste mês, a equipe de professores voluntários ainda aguarda novos alunos interessados em prestar vestibular. Antes realizadas no CEU das Artes, no Planalto do Sol II, as aulas foram transferidas ao on-line, devido à pandemia.

O Cursinho nasceu da vontade de um grupo de professores e professoras que desejavam proporcionar aos estudantes de baixa-renda condições favoráveis para acessar o Ensino Superior. São profissionais da área de biologia, química, física, história, filosofia, sociologia, geografia, matemática, português, redação, arte e psicologia. Junto a esse desejo, eles visam estimular os estudantes a refletir e se posicionar de maneira crítica, autônoma e humanista frente às adversidades da vida.

Aprovada no curso de Matemática na Unicamp este ano, a aluna Bárbara Bruna ressaltou a importância em fazer parte do Cursinho Popular CEU. “Além de ser perto de casa e com horário prático, eles me ajudaram muito nesses quase dois anos estudando para os vestibulares, principalmente no início da pandemia onde eu já tinha finalizado o ensino médio e não tinha mais aquele mesmo acesso aos professores como antes. Isso sem contar com as aulas bem didáticas e as rodas de conversas com temas das atualidades, onde acertamos o assunto da Redação do último ENEM”, explicou.
