A vítima estava internada no Hospital Estadual de Sumaré após ser golpeada com barra de ferro.

De acordo com Boletim de Ocorrência, a mulher da vítima compareceu ao Plantão Policial na manhã deste domingo (27) comunicando o óbito do marido, pois ele havia sido atingido com golpes de uma barra de ferro durante uma briga que teve com o concunhado.

No dia do crime, Gideon foi socorrido ao Hospital Estadual de Sumaré onde permaneceu internado até o
momento que foi a óbito. A discussão entre os dois contou com ameaça com faca, cessação do entrevero, reinício e agressão que resultou em morte.

O caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial, onde será investigado. O autor ainda segue foragido.
