Equipe dos Guardas Civis Municipais (GCMs) Mariano e Siderlei em patrulhamento ambiental pela Avenida Florindo Cibin, quando ao final da avenida foram abordados por um transeunte que os informou que ao lado da linha férrea, haviam dois chassis de moto jogados.

Os agentes foram então ao local indicado e encontraram tais chassis. Em pesquisa, foi constatado que ambos eram produtos de furto/roubo. Os objetos foram encaminhados a Central de Polícia Judiciária.
