O condutor vai responder pelo crime de embriaguez ao volante.

De acordo com informações da Guarda Civil, o condutor seguia sentido bairro/centro quando perdeu o controle da direção. O carro invadiu a ciclovia do parque e só parou ao bater em uma placa de sinalização.

O veículo ficou danificado, e posteriormente recolhido ao pátio municipal.

Os guardas atenderam a ocorrência e encaminharam o motorista para exames clínicos que comprovaram a embriaguez.

Logo depois, eles seguiram para o 1º Distrito Policial, onde o condutor ficou detido em flagrante.
