A equipe da Guarda Municipal, dos guardas Teodoro e Ferreira, durante patrulhamento, recebeu denúncias de que um indivíduo usando motocicleta, com logo tipo de um laboratório da cidade, estaria na prática de venda de cigarros contrabandeados.

Diante desses fatos, avistaram o veículo estacionado, sendo que usando de artifícios de inteligência ligaram no referido laboratório, informando que haviam esquecido o capacete na moto. Desta forma logo o averiguado compareceu ao local e foi abordado.

Dentro de uma mochila foi localizado à quantia de 20 maços de cigarros do Paraguai, nos bolsos do averiguado foram localizados a quantia de R$599,30 em notas diversas e moedas. Diante dos fatos o indivíduo foi conduzido ao plantão policial para as devidas formalidades da lei.
