Dois sócios foram detidos, entre eles o ex-vereador e ex-candidato a prefeito Clayton Aparecido da Silva.

Os policiais da Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) chegaram ao local após uma denúncia anônima. Eles localizaram produtos químicos de uso controlado sem autorização da Companhia Ambiental do Estado de São Paulo (Cetesb).

Agentes da Vigilância Sanitária também estiveram no local e constataram que a manipulação dos produtos não era realizada “em conformidade com as exigências legais” e sem os cuidados necessários.

Os sócios foram levados à uma delegacia da cidade. Uma fiança no valor de um salário mínimo foi arbitrada para cada um. Eles pagaram a quantia e vão responder ao crime em liberdade.

A empresa foi lacrada e os produtos químicos apreendidos.
