A medida aconteceu após uma ação da Vigilância Sanitária, Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) e outros órgãos municipais no local.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a clínica está situada na região do Parque dos Pinheiros e diversos internos denunciaram maus-tratos.

De acordo com o governo municipal, o Ministério Público do Estado de São Paulo (MP-SP) já estava acompanhando o caso.

Nesta quinta-feira, uma força-tarefa foi até o local e constatou que os internos apresentavam diversos problemas de saúde. Além disso, o imóvel tinha vários problemas estruturais apesar do MP-SP já ter notificado os responsáveis quanto a isso.

Os guardas municipais comunicaram a ocorrência na delegacia de Polícia Civil. O boletim destaca que a assistência social pediu acesso aos dados pessoais dos internos, mas o diretor da clínica negou.

Em nota, a prefeitura informou que “busca contatar os familiares dos internos para buscá-los. Mais informações serão divulgadas assim que estiverem disponíveis” finaliza.
