De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), por volta da 1h30 no bairro São Roque, um guincheiro foi acionado por dois homens. A vítima foi até local e foi rendida por dois indivíduos armados que obrigou a mesma ir até o Supermercado Davita.

No supermercado, o motorista de 27 anos foi obrigado a derrubar uma parede do comércio com o caminhão. Na sequência, mais três bandidos entraram no imóvel e amarraram um cabo de aço junto ao cofre para puxá-lo com o guincho, porém o cabo estourou e não conseguiram furtar o objeto. Uma parte do supermercado ficou danificada.

A dupla saiu do local e pouco tempo depois furtou vários litros de bebidas alcoólicas e fugiram em um carro HB20 e não foram presos. O motorista do guincho acionou os soldados Ivan e Pacheco que encaminharam o caso para Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde foi registrado.
