O caso aconteceu dentro de um condomínio fechado.

De acordo com as informações apuradas pelo site Policial Padrão, o menino estava brincando de jogar bola na garagem de casa com o pai quando a bola caiu na rua. A vítima então foi pegar o objeto e neste momento foi atropelada.

De início o motoboy fugiu do local, mas acabou parando na portaria. Ele relatou aos policiais militares que estava fazendo uma entrega e fugiu com medo de ser agredido pelos moradores.

O Corpo de Bombeiros socorreu o menino e encaminhou ao Pronto Socorro do Hospital Augusto de Oliveira Camargo (HAOC), onde passou por atendimento médico e foi liberado.

Já o motoboy teve sua versão colhida pela Polícia Militar (PM) e depois foi liberado.
