Após denúncia efetuada ao controle da Guarda Municipal, os agentes da ROMU (Ronda Ostensiva Municipal) do subinspetor Queiroz e Guardas Civis Roque e Machado foram informados de que pelo condomínio vida nova 2, um homem entregava algo para outras pessoas, no alambrado da Rua Maranhão.

O homem estava trajando uma camisa cinza escura, bermuda, chinelo e tinha tatuagens no rosto. Quando abordado, após breve acompanhamento, se tratava de um jovem de 19 anos e o mesmo estava com 12 porções de cocaína e R$284,00.

Foi necessário uso de algemas por receio de fuga e a parte foi conduzida ao plantão de Polícia onde foi preso e recolhido a cadeia pública de Sumaré.
