Ele traficava porções de maconha.

As equipes do 10º Baep patrulhavam o Conjunto Habitacional Arnaldo Mazon com o objetivo de coibir o tráfico de drogas no local.

Com a chegada dos policiais, um rapaz que estava na portaria e usava camisa xadrez com uma bolsa tiracolo, tentou correr para dentro dos apartamentos, porém foi perseguido e detido. Com ele, foram encontradas 70 embalagens com maconha e mais cinco pedaços maiores da droga. 

O homem confessou que realizava a venda de drogas no local e indicou para os policiais uma área de mata onde teria mais entorpecente escondido. Com a ajuda dos cães farejadores, os policiais encontraram mais dois tijolos de maconha.

O traficante foi conduzido ao plantão policial e ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
