O caso aconteceu nesta segunda-feira (16).

De acordo com a PM, uma equipe de Ronda Ostensiva Com Apoio de Motocicletas (Rocam) patrulhava pelo Conjunto Habitacional Trabalhadores quando viu o suspeito. Ele estava em frente a um bar na esquina da Rua Roldão Jorge Patrício, e tentou se levantar rapidamente e sair do local quando os policiais se aproximaram.

A equipe o abordou, mas ele não estava com nada ilícito, apenas um celular. No entanto, ao consultar o IMEI, que é o número de identificação dos aparelhos celulares, descobriu uma queixa de roubo.

O caso foi apresentado no 3º Distrito Policial e a polícia contatou a vítima para devolver o objeto. Segundo a PM, o crime aconteceu em 21 de setembro de 2019.

Após o registro da ocorrência de receptação, o delegado liberou as partes envolvidas.

Procurado capturado

Ainda nesta segunda-feira, a PM prendeu um homem de 36 anos procurado pela Justiça.

Uma viatura de Força Tática localizou o criminoso na Rodovia Luiz de Queiroz (SP-304). A PM não divulgou por qual crime ele responde, mas o homem ficou recolhido na cadeia pública da cidade.
