Ele é apontado como um dos donos de uma empresa de investimentos acusada de aplicar golpes na cidade.

Segundo a polícia, integrantes do Departamento de Polícia Judiciária de São Paulo Interior 3 (Deinter 3) investigaram o caso.

Após apurações, os policiais descobriram que a empresa atuava irregularmente no mercado financeiro desde 2015. Os valores aplicados pelos investidores na empresa ultrapassam R$ 200 milhões.

Os agentes cumpriram mandado de busca e apreensão na casa do empresário e apreenderam armas, munições, documentos, R$ 40 mil em espécie e um veículo importado. 

O empresário é investigado pelos crimes de estelionato, lavagem de dinheiro, contra a economia popular e organização criminosa.  Até o momento, a polícia identificou 300 vítimas. As investigações continuam.
