De acordo com a Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu) da Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), os agentes Brunelli, Novais e W. Ribeiro, foram informados de que o rapaz quebrou um dos vidros do Hospital Municipal (HM).

No local o homem relatou que estava de acompanhante de um familiar na sala de atendimento médico. Assim aguardado a respectiva saída do acompanhante onde após breve contato, declinou que realmente praticou o dano no local.

O abordado foi levado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde ele pagou uma fiança de R$ 400 e foi liberado.

O estava embriagado e carro foi devolvido para o irmão dele.

De acordo com a Polícia Municipal, a equipe estava em patrulhamento quando se deparou com um veículo que tinha acabado de colidir om uma caçamba de lixo, propriedade da prefeitura.

A lixeira foi encontrada no canteiro central da avenida e em contato com motorista do veículo, os policiais notaram sinais notórios e forte odor etílico.

O caso foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial e depois o motorista foi encaminhado ao Pronto Socorro Municipal para exames de sangue.

O acusado deverá responder por embriaguez ao volante em liberdade.
