O caso aconteceu por volta das 09h21 na Rua Antônio Zanaga.

De acordo com a corporação, as equipe foram acionadas para pela equipe do Delegado Bruno Lima (Cadeia para maus tratos), pois havia um Pit Bull que estava com um tumor na cabeça e em situação de maus tratos, com escore corporal abaixo do indicado para raça.

Ao chegarem no local o cachorro já estava sem vida, o seu tutor não estava no local, porém a equipe conseguiu a qualificação do mesmo.

O caso foi relatado a Polícia Civil e o animal encaminhado ao centro de controle de zoonoses (CCZ).
