Durante patrulhamento de Ações Especiais de Polícia pela cidade de Sumaré e em posse de mandado de prisão de uma procurada da Justiça por tráfico de drogas, com pena de 7 anos, 9 meses e 10 dias no regime fechado, os policiais se deslocaram ao local.

Em contato com a mulher, de 36 anos, a mesma informou desconhecer o mandado, alegando estar em prisão domiciliar. Foi cientificada do fato de haver um mandado de prisão em seu desfavor, seus direitos constitucionais foram lidos e ela foi conduzida ao 2° Departamento de Polícia de Sumaré.

O delegado de polícia elaborou BO de captura de procurado, a mulher permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
