O certame visa a contratação de procuradores jurídicos para o preenchimento de duas vagas e outra para o cadastro de reserva.

Os interessados devem se inscrever até 27 de novembro, por meio do site Avança SP, acessando a área destinada ao Concurso Público do DAE. O edital com todas as informações foi publicado no Diário Oficial do Município desta sexta.

O candidato precisa ter ensino superior completo em Direito, inscrição na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) e Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) categoria “B”.

O salário é de R$ 8.768,32, com carga horária de 40 horas semanais. O cargo dispõe ainda dos benefícios de cesta básica, no valor de R$ 820,00, e vale transporte.

O concurso terá três fases:

  • Prova Objetiva
  • Prova Discursiva (Prático-Profissional) e
  • Prova de Títulos

A aplicação das provas objetivas e discursivas está prevista para 14 de janeiro de 2024. Os aprovados serão conhecidos em fevereiro, após a fase de recursos.

“Esses servidores são necessários para o bom andamento de todo o processo administrativo e farão parte de um grupo de trabalho para a continuidade dos serviços do departamento”, destaca o superintendente do DAE, Carlos Cesar Gimenez Zappia.
