O crime aconteceu na noite deste domingo (5) na casa da vítima identificada como Diego Damon Turin.

Conforme apuração do site Policial Padrão, o autor foi até a casa da vítima situada na Praça Santos Dumont, no bairro Jardim Santana.

Durante uma conversa sobre a dívida, o empresário notou uma faca sobre a pia e fingiu derrubar bebida na roupa para ir até o local. O próprio autor disse à polícia que pegou a faca, se virou e cortou o pescoço de Turin.

A vítima ainda conseguiu correr até a porta da sala, onde caiu e permaneceu até a chegada do resgate.

Os socorristas o encontraram com sinais vitais, mas Turin morreu assim que deu entrada no Hospital Municipal.

O empresário disse que vinha recebendo ameaças de morte da vítima por não conseguirem chegar a um acordo quanto a dívida. Ele alega que durante a tarde deste domingo, registrou um boletim de ocorrência referente a isso.

A Polícia Militar (PM) apreendeu a arma usada no crime e encaminhou o autor para a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ). Por fim, o delegado ouviu os fatos e determinou a prisão em flagrante por homicídio doloso qualificado.
