De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os soldados Isaac e Serrano durante patrulhamento tentaram abordar o condutor, porém as ordens não foram respeitadas e o mesmo continuou trafegando.

Com apoio de outras viaturas, o indivíduo foi abordado na Avenida Centurione Boer. O homem se negou a descer do veículo, sendo necessário o uso de força física para conte-lo.

O homem passou por exame de corpo de delito e foi constatado em embriaguez.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde o homem foi ouvido e liberado.
