Um homem, que não era convidado da festa que acontecia em uma chácara, chegou na garupa de uma moto, entrou de capacete no local e foi em direção ao jovem que era um dos convidados.

O homem e o adolescente começaram a discutir e a trocarem socos, momento em que o a autor sacou a arma de fogo e efetuou quatro disparos contra a vítima, que caiu na piscina.

A dona da festa conseguiu tirar o adolescente da piscina e acionou a Polícia Militar. A mãe da vítima foi no local e a ocorrência registrada na 2ª Delegacia Seccional de Campinas. Até o momento, o autor do crime não foi identificado e encontrado.
