De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, policiais militares estavam patrulhando pela Rua Francisco Zago quando avistaram um menor de idade em atitudes suspeitas.

A equipe realizou a abordagem, durante revista pessoal foram apreendidas 11 pedras de crack, dois pinos de cocaína e 12 porções de maconha. O mesmo confessou que havia pegado a droga para repassar para uma pessoa desconhecida.

O caso foi apresentado no 3º Distrito Policial, onde as drogas permaneceram apreendidas e o adolescente liberado aos responsáveis.
