O indivíduo também apresentou uma identidade falsa à Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA).

Os agentes Diego e Monaro estavam patrulhando na Rua São Miguel quando avistaram um veículo Fiat Uno estacionado no meio da via. O motorista foi abordado e ele estava dormindo no banco do passageiro.

O mesmo alegou ter ingerido bebida alcoólica e ter conduzido o veículo até aquele local, onde decidiu parar parar e dormir. A equipe solicitou os documentos e ele apresentou de outra pessoa, informando ser dele mesmo. Os guardas questionaram o averiguado, que acabou confessando que tentou enganar a equipe para ser liberado.

No veículo foi encontrado uma sacola contendo folhas de Coca. Diante dos fatos, o indivíduo foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) e liberado posteriormente.
