A abordagem policial aconteceu no início da noite desta quinta-feira (22), próximo ao Cemitério Municipal da Saudade.

De acordo com apuração do Policial Padrão, a corporação recebeu uma denúncia sobre um Fiat Palio que estaria entregando drogas pela cidade.

Policiais da Ronda Ostensiva com Apoio de Motocicletas (Rocam) fizeram vistoria pela região indicada e encontraram o carro na Avenida da Saudade.

A equipe abordou o veículo e revistou os dois ocupantes. Eles estavam apenas com celulares e dinheiro, mas segundo a polícia, o carro exalava um forte odor de maconha.

A dupla negou que tinha drogas no veículo, mas quando a equipe ameaçou chamar um cão farejador, os suspeitos reagiram.

O suspeito mais velho correu e pulou o muro do cemitério, enquanto o outro lutou contra a equipe tentando fugir.

Após conter o suspeito que ficou no local, a equipe cercou o cemitério e conseguiu deter o outro homem.

Logo depois, os policiais vistoriaram o carro e encontraram oito tabletes de maconha escondidos no porta-luvas.

Com isso, a dupla ficou presa em flagrante por tráfico de drogas e o material apreendido.
