O crime foi constatado em exame pericial na quarta-feira (23).

Conforme o boletim de ocorrência, uma cuidadora encontrou a vítima e o suspeito do crime seminus dentro de um quarto na entidade. Segundo a polícia, a menina dizia a todo momento que havia sido obrigada a ter relações sexuais com o adolescente.

O crime de estupro foi constatado em exame pericial no Instituto Médico Legal (IML).

A vítima e a irmã, de apenas dois anos, estavam abrigadas há cerca de cinco meses na instituição, após a prisão da mãe delas por tráfico de drogas. A avó das meninas já contratou um advogado para tentar obter a guarda das netas.

O adolescente foi apreendido e encaminhado para a Fundação Casa. A Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher investiga o caso.
