O caso aconteceu na noite deste domingo (22), na Rua Cunha Bastos, região central da cidade.

De acordo com a PM, por volta das 22h, a equipe parou uma moto Yamaha XTZ Lander 250 que estava sem os retrovisores.

O condutor não tinha nada ilegal, mas os números de identificação do motor e chassi da moto, estavam parcialmente apagados.

Através de pesquisa minuciosa, a equipe conseguiu identificar as numerações originais e descobriu uma queixa de roubo, registrada no dia 11 de outubro.

Com isso, o entregador recebeu voz de prisão por receptação de veículo e foi encaminhado ao plantão policial. Ele ficou à disposição da Justiça.

A PM também contatou a vítima via celular e ela reconheceu a moto. O veículo vai passar por perícia e depois será devolvido ao proprietário.
