O criminoso estava escondido e acamado por problemas cardíacos em um imóvel no bairro Cidade Jardim I, em Americana (SP).

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), após descobrir onde o procurado estava, uma equipe seguiu até a Rua das Açucenas.

O filho do procurado atendeu os policiais e a princípio negou saber sobre o paradeiro do pai. Depois, acabou informando que o idoso estava acamado por problemas cardíacos.

A polícia explicou a ele, sobre a possibilidade de atuar a pena caso o criminoso se entregasse a Justiça.

Após conversar com os familiares, o rapaz levou a equipe até onde o pai estava e confirmou o estado de saúde de criminoso.

Os policiais chamaram uma ambulância para encaminhar o pedreiro ao Hospital Municipal de Americana.

Um boletim referente a captura de procurado foi registrado e o criminoso ficou internado sob escolta policial até que receba alta médica.

Ainda segundo a polícia, a pena dele é de 9 anos e quatro meses em regime fechado.
