De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os soldados Podsclan e Rapanello estava patrulhando pela avenida, quando um veículo Chevrolet Agile fez um ultrapassagem proibida.

A equipe realizou a abordagem, durante revista pessoal foi encontrado um revólver com seis munições, já no veículo mais 26 do mesmo calibre.

O veículo e a CNH do motorista estavam vencidos, o mesmo relatou que comprou um armamento há anos atrás por R$ 2 mil e que usava para sua proteção, já que estava sendo ameaçado.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde permaneceu preso o indivíduo por porte ilegal de arma de fogo.
