De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, o caso aconteceu por volta das 09h, o autor estrangulou a vítima até ela perder a consciência e depois fugiu, porém foi detido por alguns populares e guardas municipais.

A motivação do crime foi após a vítima ter negado a ter relações sexuais com ele.

A adolescente foi encaminhada ao Hospital Municipal “Dr. Acílio Carreon Garcia”, onde foi medicada e liberada.

O caso foi encaminhado ao Plantão Policial, onde o caso foi registrado como tentativa de feminicídio e importunação sexual.
