Eles puderam acompanhar de perto o trabalho da divisão especial de Canil da Guarda Municipal de Americana (Gama). O evento recreativo contou com visitação, roda de conversa e apresentação de show dog, com o cão Bolt, um dos animais responsáveis por apoiar as forças de segurança na cidade.

O evento aconteceu na base da Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (Romu), uma das divisões especiais da GCM. O subinspetor Fernandes, além dos agentes Celso, Márcio, Rodrigues e Fernandes abriram as portas do quartel, para que crianças e adultos pudessem ver como era a rotina dos agentes e cães no canil.

Os visitantes viram os locais onde os animais dormem, como é o treinamento dos cães farejadores e a chegada de dois filhotes, que serão treinados para complementar o quadro de cães do grupamento.

O evento foi encerrado com uma grande apresentação de show dog com o cão farejador Bolt, que fez a alegria das crianças presentes.
