Antes de levar os tiros o mesmo foi atropelado por um carro.

De acordo com a Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), os agentes Roque e Sb Nelson foram informados de que um motociclista havia sido atropelado por um carro Chevrolet Corsa e depois alvejado por tiros.

A equipe foi até o local, onde já haviam socorristas do 192 Americana constatando o óbito. A perícia foi acionada e o Delegado de plantão Robson acompanhou pessoalmente os trabalhos no local, foi constatado cerca de 15 perfurações no corpo da vítima de calibre 9 mm.

O Corpo foi removido ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML). O caso foi registado como homicídio na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ).
