O acidente ocorreu no dia 4 de novembro em São Pedro (SP) e deixou seis pessoas feridas. Todos ficaram internados em um hospital de Limeira (SP), mas a criança não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu na sexta-feira (10).

Conforme informações do boletim de ocorrência, a família da bebê estava reunida em um churrasco, onde utilizaram um disco de arado para o preparo dos alimentos.

Em certo momento, quando foram reabastecer o disco com álcool, a explosão aconteceu. Todas as seis pessoas que estavam no local ficaram feridas e foram encaminhadas para a UTI da Santa Casa de Limeira.

No entanto, após alguns dias de internação, a bebê não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu em decorrência de uma parada cardíaca.

O sepultamento aconteceu na tarde de sábado (11), no Cemitério Municipal de São Pedro.
