O motivo se dá por conta de uma determinação do ministro do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), Alexandre de Moraes, de desocupar quartéis e imediações em todo o país.

Em nota, o prefeito lamentou profundamente os acontecimentos registrados em Brasília, no último domingo (8), que resultaram na depredação e destruição da sede dos Poderes Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário.

“Botion reafirma seu posicionamento favorável a protestos, desde que os movimentos ocorram em um campo de civilidade e dentro de um espírito democrático”, informou a nota da Prefeitura.

O prefeito comentou ainda que não é contrário a protestos de tom pacíficio e democrático, mas não concorda e condena situações extremistas.
