A prisão aconteceu na Zona Leste durante a operação “O Herdeiro”, desencadeada por policiais da 2ª Delegacia Patrimônio (Investigações sobre Crimes Patrimoniais de Intervenção Estratégica).

De acordo com a polícia, o homem era procurado desde 2020 por homicídio, tráfico de drogas e porte de arma.

O setor de inteligência da polícia descobriu que o “herdeiro” tinha regressado ao Brasil há 30 dias, depois de ter montado sua base operacional na cidade de Cochabamba, na Bolívia.

Os policiais constataram que o criminoso se instalou na região de Guaianases e fizeram um monitoramento.

Após coletar as informações necessárias, a polícia desencadeou a operação e montou um cerco na segunda-feira. Com apoio da Polícia Militar, a abordagem aconteceu na altura do km 27 da Rodovia Ayrton Senna (SP-070), região de Ermelino Matarazzo.

Ao ser preso, o filho de “Gordão” apresentou um documento de identificação falso, mas confessou ser foragido da Justiça. Agora, com a prisão, a polícia continuará as investigações para identificar os outros integrantes da organização criminosa chefiada pelo “herdeiro”.
