Ninguém foi preso.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, a Polícia Militar (PM) foi chamada após a vítima dar entrada na Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Matão.

No local, um idoso contou que estava em casa quando o filho, sem dizer nada, entrou e o agrediu. A vítima disse que o filho é usuário de drogas, e já teria o atacado anteriormente.

O idoso teve lesões consideradas leves. Ele foi orientado a formalizar a denúncia na Delegacia de Sumaré.
