A vítima contou à polícia que estava tendo dificuldades em fazer movimentações de sua conta através do aplicativo de celular e foi até a agência buscar orientações.

Ao chegar no local, ela ficou na fila de espera, até a golpista se apresentar como funcionária do banco. A mulher orientou a idosa a usar o caixa eletrônico para desbloquear o aplicativo e realizou um passo-a-passo com ela.

Após a suposta orientação, a golpista disse que até segunda-feira (26) os aplicativos estariam liberados.

Acreditando ter resolvido o problema, a idosa saiu e passou em uma farmácia. No entanto, ao tentar realizar um pagamento no local, ela percebeu que teve o cartão trocado.

A idosa retornou ao banco e só então constatou o golpe. Na agência, ela descobriu diversas retiradas de suas contas corrente e poupança, que somaram R$ 15,4 mil.

Um inquérito policial foi instaurado para identificar a golpista, mas até o momento, ninguém foi detido.
