A ação aconteceu no domingo (10).

As aves estavam em uma residência na Rua Antônio Mosca. Havia uma gaiola com uma ‘coleirinha’ juntamente com um alçapão para caça. Além de outros oito pássaros sem a devida autorização e mais quatro alçapões.

Os animais foram destinados à Mata Ciliar, em Jundiaí (SP). O suspeito vai recorrer em liberdade e responder por crime ambiental.

Em Valinhos, há a Lei Ordinária nº 5.769, de 4 de janeiro de 2019, que prevê o Programa Municipal de Soltura de Animais Silvestres no Município de Valinhos e visa estimular a entrega voluntária de animais silvestres mantidos em cativeiro, sem previsão de sanção.

Ainda durante o período de Carnaval, a Guarda Civil Municipal também atendeu uma vítima de violência doméstica, na noite de sábado (10). A Patrulha Maria da Penha atuou na ocorrência e a mulher foi acolhida no Projeto Acolhe, da Avon, com encaminhamento do suspeito ao plantão policial.

Já na sexta-feira (9) duas jovens foram detidas no Jardim Primavera após solicitação via telefone 153, após denúncia por perturbação do sossego. Com elas foram encontrados entorpecentes. A ação aconteceu próximo à Praça Quintino Bocaiuva. As duas foram encaminhadas ao plantão policial, onde foi ratificado o indiciamento por porte de entorpecentes.
