O trabalho aconteceu na tarde de sexta-feira (12).

Por volta das 16h, o Centro de Operações e Inteligência (COI) da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) recebeu através do telefone de emergência 153, a denúncia de que um homem estaria armado no bairro Morada do Sol.

Após saber sobre o caso, viaturas da Guarda e da Polícia Militar (PM) junto com o Grupo de Ações de Policiamento Especial (GAP) localizou o carro estacionado na Avenida Ário Barnabé.

Após a localização do veículo, viaturas da GCM e da PM realizaram um cerco e fizeram a abordagem.

Dentro do carro, a força-tarefa encontrou um revólver calibre .38 com numeração raspada e quatro munições intactas. Ao pesquisar a situação criminal do suspeito, os agentes constataram que ele estava procurado pela Justiça.

A equipe deteve o criminoso e apresentou o caso na delegacia de polícia. Ele permaneceu preso.
