Em posse do emplacamento e das características do indivíduo que havia praticado um roubo em uma hamburgueria na Rua do Chumbo, a equipe dos soldados Guimarães e Trindade se deparou com a motocicleta estacionada na calçada em frente a residência do suposto autor, na Rua Almirante Barroso.

Para realizar abordagem foi solicitado apoio da viatura I 19226 e no local foi encontrado a camiseta utilizada pelo criminoso e o capacete. Diante dos fatos, o infrator foi encaminhado até o plantão de polícia judiciária da cidade de Santa Bárbara D’oeste.

Na delegacia já se encontrava a vítima que fez o reconhecimento do criminoso e o mesmo permaneceu preso em flagrante.
