A justiça decretou a prisão temporária por 30 dias do rapaz. A motivação do homicídio ainda está sendo apurada. O caso está sendo apresentando no Plantão Policial de Nova Odessa. Outros dois mandados de prisão estão para ser cumpridos em Americana e Campinas (SP).

Relembre o caso 

Na manhã do dia 15 de novembro, o professor de educação física Rodolfo Pestana, de 30 anos, morador na Cidade Jardim, em Americana, foi encontrado morto, na estrada Olindo Biondo, na área rural, em Nova Odessa (SP).

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), um ciclista acionou a corporação. No local o corpo da vítima foi encontrada com sinais de espancamento.

A Polícia Técnica também compareceu ao local para realizar a perícia. O caso foi registrado como Homicídio Simples no Plantão Policial de Nova Odessa.
