Ele já tinha um mandado de prisão em aberto por roubo.

De acordo com a PM, as buscas pelo bandido começaram após o roubo de um Hyundai Azera, na região do Jardim das Flores. Uma equipe encontrou o veículo, mas o condutor ignorou a ordem de parada e fugiu em alta velocidade.

Já na altura no Jardim Celina, o suspeito não conseguiu fazer uma curva e bateu contra o muro de uma casa na Rua Mário Pastorello.

Mesmo após o acidente, o ladrão saiu do carro rapidamente e continuou a fuga a pé, pulando muros e telhados.

Com apoio de outras equipes, a polícia encontrou o bandido escondido dentro de uma caixa d’água, no forro de uma casa.

A PM também encontrou uma pistola .40 usada no crime, com um carregador e 12 munições intactas.

O criminoso recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante e foi apresentado no plantão policial. Na unidade, descobriram um mandado de prisão em aberto contra o detido, também por roubo. Ele ficou à disposição da Justiça.
