Para acessar o serviço a pessoa deve entrar no site do município (www.santabarbara.sp.gov.br) e clicar no botão “iluminação pública” ou no site da empresa responsável pela manutenção (https://novo.cidadeiluminada.com.br//).

Em seguida é necessário fazer o cadastro informando CPF e e-mail de contato. Após o cadastro, o cidadão deve selecionar o município (ou permitir o acesso à localização) e clicar em “Informar um Problema”. O local pode ser escolhido no mapa ou digitado no campo “Endereço” na parte de baixo da tela. Será gerado um protocolo de atendimento, ao qual o munícipe poderá acompanhar o andamento e conclusão do serviço.

A Luz Forte Iluminação e Serviços Eireli-ME, vencedora da licitação, é responsável pela manutenção de cerca de 21,2 mil pontos de iluminação. A empresa atua com três equipes/veículos, sendo duas no período diurno e uma durante a noite, com prazo médio de atendimento de 48 horas após a solicitação.
