A ação aconteceu na manhã de segunda-feira (29) e contou com a participação de nove guardas civis, cinco investigadores de polícia e um delegado.

A Polícia Civil começou a investigar o influenciador após as diversas postagens de vídeos debochando das instituições.

Os policiais constataram que o influencer teve uma ascensão patrimonial não condizente com sua realidade e não declarada.

Tal fato, motivou o pedido de um mandado de busca e apreensão na casa do investigado.

No local, as equipes encontraram diversas peças de motos que ele revendia, sem comprovação de origem lícita e peças com o sinal identificador apagados.

Além disso, os investigadores constataram que ele realizava rifas ilegais pela internet.

Durante a operação, as equipes ainda apreenderam três motocicletas e um carro de luxo.

O influencer e a esposa dele foram presos pelos crimes de descaminho, adulteração de sinal identificador e contravenção penal.
