De acordo com a GCM, a vítima trabalha na Viação Tupi, e estava no Terminal Central Integração, no Centro da cidade. Ela relatou aos agentes que viu um homem carregando uma sacola e um ventilador e foi oferecer ajuda.

Foi nesse momento que o homem reagiu com ofensas e chegou a chamar a vítima de “macaca” e “negra suja”.

A GCM foi notificada sobre o caso e quando os guardas abordaram o agressor, também sofreram ofensas.

A corporação destacou que o homem reagiu quando estava sendo algemado e escorreu, batendo o nariz na parede. Ela recebeu atendimento antes do registro da ocorrência, e só então a equipe seguiu para a delegacia.

O homem já tinha passagem pela polícia por outros crimes e ficou detido.
