O caso aconteceu na manhã de sexta-feira (7).

De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, a vítima chegou ao local para se encontrar com a irmã quando foi barrada por um senhor alegando que “pedinte” não poderia entrar no estabelecimento.

A pedagoga explicou a situação, mas ainda assim, o homem a explusou do local.

A Polícia Militar (PM) foi acionada e registrou o caso na Polícia Civil (PC). Um inquérito policial foi instaurado.

Art. 5º

O art. 5º, inciso XLII, da Constituição Federal de 1988 dispõe que a prática do racismo constitui crime inafiançável e imprescritível, sujeito à pena de reclusão, nos termos da lei. A referida lei é a de nº 7.716, de 5 de janeiro de 1989, nos termos da qual serão punidos os crimes resultantes de discriminação ou preconceito de raça, cor, etnia, religião ou procedência nacional.
