O suspeito do crime é o locatário do imóvel onde ela reside atualmente. Segundo informações, a vítima disse ter sido agredida com socos e chutes pelo homem e o filho dele.

A vítima contou que alugou o imóvel do suspeito há pouco tempo. Ela e a mãe, que é cadeirante, pagaram adiantado o valor de R$ 8 mil.

No entanto, ao se mudarem, elas observaram a falta de itens básicos, como bico de luz, tomada e torneira. As pendências foram repassadas ao proprietário da residência, que prometeu resolver o quanto antes.

Segundo o registro do caso, a mãe da mulher foi viajar e a deixou sozinha em casa. Foi então, que o dono da casa tentou se aproveitar da situação, de acordo com ela, pedindo mais dinheiro.

Com a negativa, o homem passou a importuná-la sexualmente, indo até à casa com frequência e até exibindo a parte íntima dele.

Ainda segundo a vítima, em outra ocasião o homem a acordou seminu, novamente com a parte íntima à mostra. Neste momento, a mulher reagiu e gritou por socorro.

Na intimidação mais recente, o locatário e o filho agrediram a vítima com socos e chutes.

Um inquérito policial foi instaurado para investigar o caso.
